After upgrade to ver 44, lost ability to copy web page text and paste as unformated text in eudora... only html text option is available for paste
Immediately after upgrading to version 44 of firefox, I have lost the ability to copy text from a web page and paste it as unformatted text within the body of an eudora e-mail message... the paste special option now only displays html format as an option.. before the upgrade, unformatted and rich text options were also available in addition to html. This is occurring on two separate computers after the upgrade to v44... one with Win 7 64 bit and the other XP with the last service pack (3 I believe.) Copy and paste options are still working as it should when using IE, Opera and Chrome as alternate browsers.
JAN 27 UPDATE: A similar issue occurs with MSWord (older version): The paste special options after copying text from a web page using Firefox v44 are limited to HTML text or Unformatted text [Unicode]... RTF (Rich Text) and plain Unformatted text options are no longer available since the Firefox upgrade to v44.
A work around I found for Eudora (ver 7) is to paste using <ctrl><shift><v> at the insertion point.
