why is my account locked
i do not understand why there is a padlock on my account "xxx@amazinginhome.com" i have not done anything to my knowledge, but am not able to receive emails on this account since friday? how do i unlock this email account? my "xxxxxxxxxxx@windstream.net" account does not have this padlock on it?

The padlock indicates that account uses a secure connection. Just like the lock that displays in the address bar of your browser when viewing a secure website.
