Hi! Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue. Firefox has the ability to block popup windows, in order to prevent users from being annoyed by popup ads and content of that nature. This feature can be disabled or you can grant websites permission to open popups on Firefox. These settings can be found under the ''Content'' tab of the Firefox options page. Under the ''Popups'' section, you can uncheck ''Block pop-up windows'' to completely disable popup blocking (not recommended). Alternatively, you can add websites to the list of exceptions, meaning that Firefox should then allow these websites to open popup windows. To add exceptions, click the ''Exceptions...'' button and enter the domain of the website into the ''Address of website'' text box. Then click the ''Allow'' button to add the website to the list.
