Firefox not opening or loading
My Firefox updated itself and wont start at all, which is odd as it was working fine before. I am using Window 8.1 64 bit version, when checking in the task manager there is a process running using 30mb and 0% cpu .
Stuff i tried so far:
- try loading it in safemode - still doesn't load - tried deleting the profiles found under users/appdata - tried uninstalling and downloading a fresh copy. - tried disabling kaspersky and malwarebytes
any other suggestions?

hi firefoxmole, mozilla just released an update to firefox 49.0.2 that should fix a problem that sound pretty similar to what you've described. you can download this new version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ to see if it works for you too.
