I have bought a USB to VGA adapter on eBay and the driver that came with it was (probably) not up-to-date. The seller said that he would send an updated driver to my private email address, but the email is not coming into my inbox. He is using the correct email address, I checked the junk folder, its not there, I don't see a spam folder that may have the message so I can't check that at this time. Can anyone tell me either A: How to find my spam folder or, B: What else could be causing this message to be blocked?

There may be a Spam folder on your email provider's server. Log in to your email provider's website in your browser and look for your email account there.

I checked the gmail account that I was having problems with directly thru google, and there is nothing in the spam or junk mail folders that I was looking for. In fact, the spam folder was empty when I checked. Is it possible that the messages are going into the spam folder and being automatically deleted because of a setting I have in Thunderbird? If so, I could use some help fixing that.
