I click to share a webpage article to Facebook. On the comment and post page the "post" option cannot be accessed and dodges attempts to reach it.
I noticed it first while trying to save articles from www.CBC.ca/news. Today it does it when I tried to save an article from www.out.com. I can reduce the size of the window, drag it so I can see the Post and share buttons, but when I move the cursor to the share button it expands the window so the post and share buttons are out of site and there is no scroll bar. Eventually I just hit post and adjust the sharing on my Facebook page after it has been posted. Sorry, I've forgotten how to capture the screen to show you.

See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
The screen shows the lack of a scroll bar. Using my logitech mouse wheel doesn't scroll either.
