CCleaner wiped out email addresses
Ran CCleaner and it wiped out my Mozilla Thunderbird email accounts and many email addresses, but not all email addresses. I managed to set up my accounts again but am still missing email addresses. My backups don't seem to have a seperate file for email address books. Need help urgently, in very easy-to-follow language please.

This is why it has always been suggested that you tell CCleaner to leave your Thunderbird files alone. They have no idea what they are doing with this software.
There is a discussion over at CCleaner about their latest update wrecking all their users Thunderbird files. I suggest you go there and ask them how to fix the mess they created.
