I cannot update and now firefox isn't working
Firefox was automatically updating and is now stuck doing that, i cannot finish it, uninstall it or open it. When I click on the Icon, it says windows cannot access path or device, when I try to stop the yupdate servie i don't have permission to finish it. When I try to download again it stops after a Little more than half. Where do i start? How do I do to get it back? br, Björn

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)

Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox program folders by adding .old to them. Do not rename the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
