I have to update my browser to TLS1.2 in order to process my credit cards for my Mary Kay business. Unless I do this they will not process my credit cards for my ordering products. Chase Paymentech, Mary Kay's vendor that handles Independent Beauty Consultants' credit-card transactions, is updating their payment processing systems to use TLS 1.2 protocol. I have used the instructions that I received from Mary Kay for Mozilla Firefox but it does not work. If I cannot update the browser then I will have to use a different browser than Firefox. Please advise.

TLS 1.2 should be enabled already in Firefox without you having to do anything. Where did you see that it was disabled?

I did not see that is was disabled. I did not know what the browser was set for so I tried to follow the directions that were sent to me. I am happy to know it is already set at the correct setting. THANK YOU!
