New release: Unable to respond to or compose CenturyLink emails using the basic (HTML) format, but can using Chrome (Windows 7).
Starting with new Firefox release: Can view, but unable to respond to, or compose CenturyLink emails using the basic (HTML) format. Email is fully functional using Chrome. (Latest release of Windows 7.) Thanks for any help you can provide.

If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.
