I get notifications on my Macbook for new mail but the mail does not show up in the inbox until I view another folder then return to the inbox. ??
This started happening recently. I have upgraded to the most recent version. Get mail does not seem to work either. New mail does go to "All Mail" folder.

I found the repair function and things seem to be working now so I don't think there is a real explanation other than something got corrupted. Thanks.
