I heard that the WebRTC bug whereby a website gains your device IP (not talking about public router IP), is applicable to Firefox. When will this be fixed?

Websites normally may have access to a users public IP (on router connecting user to internet). The WebRTC bug is allowing websites to gain access to a user's actual device (computer, iphone, etc) IP, which is a huge privacy concern.

Hello, you can mitigate this right now with the following add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/happy-bonobo-disable-webrtc/

If this solved your problem, mark as solution.

Firefox 58 will be out in just a few days (the 23rd), and it'll probably be fixed there.
