SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER all sites, Firefox Portable from PortableApps.com

I'm using Firefox Portable from portableapps.com and every time I visit any web page it shows this:

Is that https:// and http://?

You won't get the error page for HTTP addresses, but many sites force HTTPS, so on those sites, you can't work around the issue by deleting the S.
