Hi, since Firefox is not a email client how did it remove address/emails ? Firefox does not add a folder called apps removed list. Microsoft does. You can not install from a list. But please see if this will fix you :

Firefox only adds a folder called OldFirefoxProfile if your profile becomes corrupted. You may want to consider doing this for Firefox for future large Win10 update this Spring and in case of corruption:

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Based on some brief searching:

RemovedApps.html, or RemovedApps.txt, or RemovedApps.log

is a file created by Windows when it removes some applications. The files may be associated with particular applications for purposes of reading them (for example, .html files => Firefox, .txt files > Notepad) but the application is not related to what Windows did. "Don't shoot the messenger." ;-)

Does your system have a folder named

C:\Windows.old

If so, that folder will be retained for a few weeks after the refresh/restore, and most likely contains your old Firefox data.

You need to set Windows to show hidden files and folders, otherwise it's very difficult to navigate through C:\Windows.old.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files

Then drill down through:

C:\Windows.old\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

You might only have one profile folder, or you might have several. These folders contain data from before your system update/refresh and we could assist you in making use of them.

Were you also using Thunderbird for your email?

Thunderbird's data would be under:

C:\Windows.old\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird

It would be best to start a new thread on the Thunderbird board about how to restore that.
