I'm using OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 , Firefox 60.0.2 (64-bit) , Thunderbird 52.6.0 (64-bit) From the system menu, both Thunderbird|About Thunderbird and Firefox|About Firefox show the current release number and a link to the current "Release notes"/"What's new" for that release. If a new release is available, there is also a link to download/install the update. I'd like to read the release notes for that update before installing it.

I did search support.mozilla.org for "52.8" (the release of Thunderbird that I do not have) but the Release notes did not appear.

Would it be possible for the "About ..." dialog to include a link to the Release Notes for the new release ?

TIA, Kind Regards Andrew

https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/ "what's new" always links to the most recent release notes.
