above version 52.9.1 does not upgrade?
I had installed the last upgraded version of thunderbird in june 2018 on my laptop.My laptop was in reaparation and they have reinstalled windows 10. So I had to reinstall thunderbird.The current version of thunderbird is 60.0 I've read the verrsion 52.9.1 is not upgraded automatically to 60.0 : is this right?Does this mean If your current version is 52.9.1 or below: you never become higher then 52.9.1? This means you are sure you can use most of the addon's. But mozilla does not support a download link of a (dutch) version thunderbird 52.9.1?

IMPORTANT: Add-ons not marked as compatible with Thunderbird 60 by their authors will be disabled (this can be reverted via preference extensions.strictCompatibility)

The Thunderbird community that makes Thunderbird does have a Dutch locale available among many other languages as it is listed on the Systems & Languages link on https://www.thunderbird.net
On https://www.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/all/ scroll down a little to Dutch locale of the current Tb 60.0 Release

Yes, the delay is to limit those on V60 until the folk in charge are sure there are no major flaws that slipped through testing.
