Hi folks I've been a great deal of time trying to solve a simple problem with the Firefox browser in iOS. In case you're wondering, this support email is being sent from my laptop. More on this in a sec. The problem is, succinctly illustrated in the attached picture below. In the course of posing this simple question, I have encountered behavior in the iOS app that I think that you should be made aware of. I have noted that there is some problem in establishing an account to your support forum from an iOS device. Each time I tried to upload a screenshot from my iPhone, I had to change my password. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong, I even took human behavior out of the equation and let the phone enter my credentials, I had to create a new password. I'm also pretty sure that there is no way to upload a picture file from an iOS device. in frustration with these issues, i just put down the phone and the iPad and am communicating from my laptop. Without plugin support, there just seems to be no way to upload a picture or any other kind of file from an iOS device. My original question was this: How do create an entry on the file in the picture below? The other issues I bring to your attention because a browser should just do these things, even from a phone.Hope you guys can tell me what to do. Thanks in advance. David
