Archive button is next to Delete instead of Spam button when an email is flagged as spam.
I get a lot of junk mails in several accounts, but when I am working through them I hit Junk but when the next message is already flagged as Junk the Archive button is where the Junk button was, so I keep Archiving already flagged junk mails.

Right-click the Mail Toolbar, Customize..., or View/Toolbars/Customize.., and while the Customize window is open drag the toolbar buttons and drop them on the toolbar wherever they are unlikely to be interfere with each other.
