refresh button not working on (about:blank) page
i am going to describe this problem completely but i am few week in English so please ignore mistakes!
i use blank page a lot and i always use short key (control + r) to reload the page but i have noticed that when i open a blank page (about:blank). the page reload icon change it's color and the URL bar is become empty the link is gone and now you can not use refresh button but control + r works perfect.
I think this is a problem and it should be fix. and this is not in other browsers.

This appears to be the intended behavior because it's unnecessary to reload the about:blank page.
If you have typed or pasted a link in the location bar, but haven't open the link then clicking Reload won't open this URL, but will reload the original about:blank page. You would have to use the Enter key to open the URL.
i use Firefox console every time to practice my code so i declare lots of variables and functions that's any mistake i prefer reload the page not assign it the value again and i think everyone use it like this when someone works on a blank page
