Device or browser is not supported
I log into a casino. I tap on the slot game that I want to play. Its trying to download but all I get is a white square box with gray letters saying "Device or Browser not support. I have tried this in desktop and with out it. I go to other casinos and its just fine. What's the problem?

Possible that they detect by useragent that you are using Android and say it is not supported.
Only thing I can think of is parts of the site needs the Flash Player Plugin from Adobe. If so then well Adobe has not supported Android with Flash since Sept 2013.
Many sites are using HTML5 players for video, audio and games now days as Adobe will be dropping Flash completely by end of 2020.
