when i tried to login firefox on new device my old data is erased and my old device cant be seen in manage device section. Please help
My old pc hard drive is fried.After that I tried to sign in mozilla on my laptop. Sync was successful but mozilla shows history and bookmarks of laptop only. My pc data is not showing. Even manage device section does not shows my old fried pc. Please help to recover my lost data of my old fried pc. Its os is windows 8.1. please reply soon...

When you signed into Sync on your laptop did you have any problems? Such as needing to reset the password for your Firefox Account?
Also, are you sure that your old hard drive on the PC is 'fried'? Many times the operating system won't work but the drive itself will work enough to allow that drive to be connected as an external hard drive to a different computer so as to be able to recover data from the old hard drive. Thanks for the reply Firefox did not showed any problem during signing in. You are right about operating system but device itself is not visible.Drive is not showing. I even checked with service centre but no luck.Hard disk is dead.I thought mozilla has some back up regarding browsing but the thing is my pc device is not visible in my device section and all my history, passwords, bookmarks everything gone. Is there any way to recover please help me.
