What service or software do you believe has been hacked?

My HTC phone,n my husbands Phoenix 4, our emailshave been used to post things that we didn't post. Our accounts keep recieving inappropriate videos,texts,pictures n I want this stopped,n I want to deletemy facebook n instagram. We need to make new emails also.
