Since some of the companies that I have online accounts with have updated their sites I am finding they are all broken in Firefox but not Chrome. Either the pages do not load at all or they load but without the login boxes. I really do prefer Firefox. Can your next update resolve this? Soon I hope.

I am running Mac OS X 10.11.6

Thanks

THANK YOU SO MUCH FRED.

I went through all of your suggestions, and while they did not solve the problem, they led me to what did. I am rather embarrassed to say, that the problem was an extension I was running. Should have been the very first thing I looked at... but... I should add though, for others, this problem which is sites not loading and, more specifically, commercial sites (like phone companies, cloud security services, stores); they had all, somewhat recently, updated their sites to better suit phones and tablets. In some cases the sites, simply, did not load -- blank page. In others, the site looked fine but the login windows/frames were either non-existent or they didn't work. Also, a lot of the links did not work...and other small things. So, I will cut to the chase now. The culprit was an extension that Firefox has sanctioned for a long time, so I didn't consider it -- that extension is called 'NoScript' -- has never caused a problem in the past but something needs to be updated in it now -- my guess. Again, my thanks to you Fred. Everyone keep safe.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

I have been unable to log into chase.com for about 3 days using Firefox - previously it was fine. Further, I CAN log onto chase.com using either Edge or Chrome - only with Firefox is there a problem, and I can log onto ALL other sites using Firefox. I have cleared cookies from the chase.com site by clicking on the "padlock" in the address bar, cleared the cache, and disabled the hardware accelerator - nothing helped. When I log into the chase.com website, I get only a white screen with a two inch solid blue bar roughly in the center of the screen. Help!

Hi floodmp

This can be a problem with Kaspersky software.
