for example when i visit different sites , a different tab opens up ,,thats fine but i want to re arrange the sites or tabs from sites kets say lower priced to higher price
was able to move tabs from left to right , now it seems i cant

If you hold your finger on the tab and wait for it to click outta place, does it work then?
eve , no it doesnt ,, strange just a few days ago i could move the tabs .. all of a sudden i just cant
I'd try removing and reinstalling firefox to see if that resolves it
but wouldnt doing that remove all my bookmarks
If you have firefox sync turned on, you should be able to log back in after redownloading it and signing back in to recover your bookmarks.
