FIREFOX just stopped working.. makes a 3-note chortle.. have un-installed and re-installed same problem!

more options

i was using FIREFOX just this morning.. then this afternoon when i try to launch it.. it waits about 5 seconds then makes a 3-note chortle sound.. and does nothing! . when i uninstall and then try to re-install.. when it gets the end of the installation (after it goes through the progress-bar download) it makes THE SAME SOUND and does nothing! .. it seems like THERE IS NO WAY I CAN USE FIREFOX ANYMORE! . the Task Manager NEVER shows it as being an app or process .. so it is not being launched at all.. it's as if something is trying to show my an error message off screen (hence the 3-note sound).. . since uninstall-reboot-install does not work.. i'm think FIREFOX WILL NEVER WORK ON MY SYSTEM AGAIN... WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO DO NOW?

Apologies for this nerdy request, but:

Could you take a look at the Windows Event Viewer app. I think the easiest way to access it would be to use the Windows 10 system search box and enter event and then when you get Event Viewer on the results, click that to start the app. Some of the logs are huge, so they are slow to load. The one I suggest checking is

Windows Logs > Application
