Trash Emails Out Of Order
My Inbox emails start with the most recent, but the Trash folder ones are randomly dated. How do I get them in correct order, newest first?

Have you tried clicking on the Date column and setting the order?

I have another question please. How do I make TBird open on the Inbox every time?
You can set the default folder with this addon: https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/manually-sort-folders/
However this only sets the default folder on the Mail page, if you closed Thunderbird on the Calendar page, it will still open with the calendar.
