We are a small community organization. We have an email account--via a web hosting service--that needs to be monitored by myself and another person. We are in two locations. I successfully set up Thunderbird on my computer for our email account. I am not sure how to get the other person set up. I think setting the other person up will be easy. After installing Thunderbird she goes to <Account Settings> from <Tools>. The rest should be as straight forward as it was for me so long as she has the basic email account information from our hosting service: email address, password, and port numbers. I used Thunderbird several years ago as a client and set the ports manually. This time, Thunderbird offered automatic setup, which worked just fine. Comments? Thanks in advance. David
