Firefox v.s. Mozilla Firefox?
I do banking online with Key Bank and now they are saying: Due to security concerns, Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need a different browser—like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox—to sign on to online banking.
What is the difference between Firefox and Mozilla Firefox? What do I need to do?

Firefox is the short name for Mozilla Firefox and is a web browser.
Mozilla is the company that makes the Firefox web browser.

You appear to be using Firefox 78 ESR according to the user agent and that older version might be causing this issue.
Are you possibly using "Resist Fingerprinting" as that causes the user agent to change ?
When Resist Fingerprinting is enabled then some items are spoofed (TimeZone: UTC, UserAgent: Firefox 78 ESR).
You can check this pref on the about:config page to see if Resist Fingerprinting is enabled and if this pref is user set (bold) reset to false via the right-click context menu.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
