Normal Browser
Our local tv station has polls. I go to the site and I get a message like this " You will need a normal browser window or tab. What are they talking about?

I was able to replicate the issue. see screenshot You will have to adjust your cookie setting or just turn off this. see 2nd screenshot

How are you accessing the site? Private Window? Direct link? . . . .
