I use Bitdefender AND Bitdefender Wallet and I want it ACTIVATED, and DO NOT WANT IT TURNED OFF AGAIN OR I WILL remove FireFox from all my devices. I have been a Security Professional since 1988, and WE handled Microsoft Support back then, AND setup Microsoft's first Support Database. ALSO, the first accessable Desktop was 3 months late being released to public market by IBM. WE were contracted to get the bugs out of this computer, AND given an IBM Team to work with our Team, WHICH amounted to DRAGON Software was not working together with the hardware. I WAS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, so the IBM TEAM worked with MY TEAM, as I WAS HEAD TEAM LEADER. In less than a month, the computer was released to market, and TWO BROTHERS was given credit for this, and need I say that MY LITTLE BROTHER was head of the IBM TEAM. Need I say that I NEED MY BITDEFENDER WALLET ASAP, so I trust that this "PROBLEM" will be taken care of QUICKLY. Sincerely, J.R.
