Primary Password is messing me up
Account Disconnected (what in the h***, why?) and what in the would is my primary password? Where do I find it? How do I get help finding it?
I have my password (I signed in here, duh) and my recovery key but they don't work, what am I doing wrong?

You need to provide screenshot so Mods or others whom know more about login issue can see what is going on.
Hi Dave, these are two different things:
(1) Firefox Account
The account for Sync and signing in to this site and various other Mozilla sites and services. It sounds like you know your Firefox Account password, and that's all good.
(2) Primary Password
This password is only to unlock the password manager, if you (or someone else with access to your computer) secured your locally stored logins by creating a primary password. More info in this article: Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords.
Here is my screen shot after I click in the upper right corner where it shows my email address:
