Is firefox changing computer's "address"?
When site asks for verification code - I copy it from email into web site. The code is not recognized. Does Firefox keep changing my computer's address? Using Win 10. I have uninstalled/reinstalled FF several times. System keeps crashing. What's happening Me novice, 78yrs old etc.

Firefox has no control of that change that comes from your ISP for computer address for internet connection. You said system crash not a firefox crash so not sure which one your referring to here. You should has another person there to see what is happening if your not sure what is happening.
The code should be recognised. Make sure it is copying and pasting correctly.
