Secure Connection Failed Error Code:SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
This has happened to me several times and I've uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but then it happens again weeks, months later. It says to contact Mozilla for a correct certificate but how do I do that. There's no instructions on how to do this. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

we apologize for having answered you late please explain your problem with more details
Are you using a proxy or VPN?
You can check the connection settings.
- Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
