Cannot get new messages but everything else is working
One of my two TB email accounts has been stuck on 'check messages' for two days with a constantly spinning wheel. I cannot download new messages (although I can get them on my non-synced phone). The account will let me send messages, and there is no problem with the other email account. How do I fix this?

I am not sure, but this sounds like a problem with your device logging into the server mail account to download. Have you changed or updated anything recently? If not, (or even if so!) can you check the configuration of you email downloads is still correct? If you can download emails to phone, are there any that are too big or 'not ordinary' > and if you do not need them, delete them using the phone? You may need to contact the server ISP and check that the configurations are correct, unless you still have their set-up instructions. Best of luck, David
