Thunderbird doesn't recognize me.
new user. 115 on mac mini. All set up and good this AM. Wanted to re-title TB to show as "mail". ... ... On launch it stopped showing my (2) addresses or any of my folders. It wants me to start registration all over. HELP!!

If the app isn't dragged to the Applications folder, it will restart without remembering the previous setup.
I did the same process with 5 other apps at the same time. THEY all went along just fine by re-titling from the ;apps' folder in the finder (after the re-start). ... Clearer? MY problems are two: #1 that "mail" (formerly Thunderbird) opens but does not recognize me AND #2 TB seems to have LOST my folders and mail.
