clicking on the jigsaw icon doesn't show extensions
Hello, I try to install extensions but when I click on the jigsaw icon it doesn't display the menu where you can pin extension to the toolbar but it brings me to the extension repository where you can install extension. It is weird because before it works suddenly it doesn't anymore. I see this error in the console, don't know if related

Extensions need permission to run in private windows when the browser is in private browsing mode (aka "Never Remember History"), otherwise they won't appear in the Extensions panel.
For the console error, go into Customize mode and try clicking the "Restore Defaults" button in the bottom-right corner.
