I accidentally changed inbox emails to a list format, does not include message, how do I change back?

press f8 key to restore message view

Thanks David, I tried that, it worked for only one email. How do I change it for all emails in the inbox?

clicking View>layout and ticking 'message pane' should do it. IF menu bar is not visible on top, click alt key first.
