Firefox browser is virus free. Not sure what site you went to or software install to get a virus but it's not form Firefox browser/Mozilla.

If so then you are not likely infected as those small popups are web push notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications. unfortunately some sites may send you notifications that are junk, spam or fake virus alerts instead of useful information.
