That is a Norton support issue not a Firefox browser issue.

Hi Raymond, the PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR code indicates that the server, or a router between Firefox and the server, or some other intermediary between Firefox and the server, sent Firefox an RST code, which is an instruction to immediately stop trying to connect. Based on your description, I think Norton is the most logical culprit.

Could you go into your Norton software settings under safe browsing (or whatever they call their filter) and see whether you can adjust the type of threats that are blocked to better fit your needs? Probably you also have the option NOT to filter Firefox browsing, but that might feel unsafe.
