i tried download 3.0 ,3.6 and 3.7 but still doesnt work i cant open after finished downloading

I don't know what operating system you are running, so I'll assume it is Windows XP.
Click on the Windows start button, then go to Run. In the Run window, enter %TEMP%, then run it. It should open Windows explorer in your TEMP folder. Select everything in that folder, and delete it.
