Frequent crashes with 3.6.6 when loading new website
I installed 3.6.6 recently and it often crashes when loading a new site. After restarting, it accesses the site with no problem. I installed AVG Free 9.0 at about the same time. Could there be a problem with AVG Safe-Surf/Link Scanner compatibility? Many thanks for any help!

Leslie, it could be AVG, and there is a way to find out:
Go to the address about:crashes and tell us your latest crash IDs. We can then look at the data specific to your crash and have a better idea of what is causing the problem.
If you close Firefox, then start Firefox in Safe Mode, does the problem still occur? For instructions on starting in Safe Mode, see Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
Even in safe mode!!
