When I selcct Bookmarks the "Recently bookmarked" folder does not appear and I cannot see where my new bookmarks are accessed. The advice at "Restore the default Smart Bookmarks Folders" on the help menu does not resolve the issue.

You can create a new bookmark with the location set to this place: query.

Recently Bookmarked:

You may need to restart Firefox to get it to work as a smart folder.
