I cannot remove Spyware 300 trojan affected files. What can i do?
web security alerts about 300 files were affected by trojan spyware and adwares. I clicked on "remove all", system failed because connection to firefox was crashed. Please give me instructions regarding removing these affected files asap. In the meantime I deleted all browsing history and downloads. Please help. Phung

The following articles all have good information to search, detect, and remove virus's, spyware, malware, and adware.
They suggest performing various scans with some listed scanners. The only thing I can offer along with that is perform the scans in the Windows Safe Mode.
This is very important as the windows safe mode only loads those drivers and files for a minimum boot. This keeps locked files to a minimum level so that they can be scanned.
