Firefox crashes when exploring files, arriving at the picture or page I want to view - before I can click, the page goes white and the browser closes.
Searching for a picture I want to upload to Facebook, directory, then subdirectory, then the item I want to publish. Merely mousing-over the picture filename causes Firefox to turn pale white, and it closes. I haven't even clicked yet. I'm pretty sure it isn't necessarily Firefox, but, instead may be related to Windows Explorer as it does it with Explorer as well as other explorers such as in my HTMLPad software. And - worse - it doesn't happen all the time. Rebooting seems to help, but not every time. It happened 3 minutes ago, and just now I tested it with Firefox and id did NOT crash. But three times in a row, it did.

Try to clear the MRU lists.
