header info is not printing or showing on print preview
I am running 3.6.14 and the URL, etc shows on my print dialog header options, but not on print preview or actual print. Please advise.

Try the reset described here:

I did the reset...no change...but the config screen settings did note that my margins were too small...just changed the margins back to .5" and it works again...I just assumed the margins were outside the header/footer like Word docs. Thanks for the help!
