Mozilla Firefox does not support/endorse/encourage spyware advertisers.
If you think these popups are from spyware advertisers, you should try to scan and remove the spyware from your system. This article has more information on how to do that: Spyware on Windows.
In future, you can install the Adblock Plus add-on to block such ads.
