I installed Firefix 4, and a lot of festures do not work at all. The address bar, the search engines, the restore tabs, myhome page, etc. I was happier with Firefox 3.6

When I open a site, in the address bar does not appear the name of the site. I have to click the grey button to the left, and then in the address bar. None of my search engines work. Nothing. Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)
