When trying to print, print preview shows 6 page instead of 1 page even when I have checked the shrink to fit 1 page box. Nothing in page setup helps.

When I try go to print preview for a web page that should pring on 1 page only, it shows it will take 6 pages to print the web page. In page setup, I have checked the shrink to fit page width box. On my laptop, print preview s display the page correctly -1 page. Something needs to be adjusted but I cannot find the answer when I click File/Page Setup. Please help.

Shrink to Fit only affects the width of the content, not the length.

I suspect your problem has to do with the size of the paper selected in printer prefs thru the Properties button. Probably an odd-ball small size instead of Letter or A4, or a "custom" setting. If that's not it, maybe the margins are set excessively large or margins are "b0rked" altogether and need to be reset.
