yesterday I asked a question, was sent an email from you for it, now no question
today I go to check on my question and FF can't find any record of it being asked... Here is the email you sent: Please confirm your Firefox Help question
Hi spmtrap96,
Before your Firefox Help question (Hotmail will not open messages in FF 3 or 5 or 6 since Aug 2011 - Hotmail works in IE) can be seen by our support community, you need to confirm the account you just created by clicking on the link below:
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/users/activate/500843/f3e2bf508bca8334af63670a67953a4038c7ef83
If you did not ask a question or changed your mind, simply delete or ignore this email; you will not receive any more email from us.
Thanks again for asking the question -- we're sorry you're having trouble with Firefox, but our community of volunteers is looking forward to helping you get it resolved as quickly as possible.
As you may know, Firefox Support (like all of Mozilla) is community powered -- help is provided by users like you! Want to take part? Browse other users' questions at https://support.mozilla.com/questions?filter=unsolved -- you might just make someone's day!

I'm assuming that you created an account and then asked a question.
However, the information you give tells you why you cannot see the question. It states that you need to confirm that it was you who created the account before any questions can be displayed.
When you create an account, you must confirm the account by clicking on the link they gave in the email. Once your account has been confirmed any questions are displayed.
I need to know if you have confirmed that you have created the account.
Did you click on the link to confirm that you created the account? If not then could you do it now to see if it solves this issue. Let us know if this does solve your problem.
It seems you created the account & then asked the question therefore the reason the question would not show up is because it states in that message that you need to confirm your question, otherwise ignore or delete. Therefore since it was never confirmed the question was never posted. I assume you mistook the message as a confirmation of your posting, rather it was intended to verify & validate before submission.

The first message has showed up, But, yes, I got the email last night and followed the link to confirm my account, this morning I went back to check my question and it was not in the queue. After searching, I posted a question about where my question was AND reposted the first. Now all three are showing up i the list...
Thank You for all the help...
I have asked a Moderator to lock the second duplicate question from this morning.
