My problem is that when I started Firefox, I clicked on the updated button and when it was being updating my computer crashed. When I restarted the computer I could not open Firefox again. My big problem is that I want to access my saved favorites / bookmarks that I had before and save them befor I reinstall Firefox. How can I access them from Windows Explorer?

When I try to open the Firefox there is a box coming up with the following text message Error: App:Name not specified in application.ini

FYI - you can do an install and it shouldn't affect your saved information. It is always a good idea to make a backup first
